- Apart from the Complimentary Exhibition Space provided to Platinum, Dimond, Gold Sponsors ,all the above mentioned sponsors shall avail of the following benefits.
- In the Logo Credits mentioned here, the size of the logo and its placement will vary according to the level of sponsorship.
Logo Credits:
- On the main gate of the exhibition
- Onsite hoardings at the venue
- On invitation cards and badges
- On all exhibition promotional materials including print advertisements and online campaigns
- In the Sponsors section of the event website (www.gujaratconex.com)
- If provided by 17-Sep-2025, inclusion of 1 item (a flyer / brochure / promotional item with logo) as a gift in the Exhibition Kit bags.
Note:
- An entry with company logo in the online List of Exhibitors.
- If provided on time, 1 flyer or promotional brochure and 1 item with logo inserted as giveaways in the attendee bags.
Terms & Conditions for all Sponsors
- Sponsorship cost does not include government taxes.
- Sponsorship options are exclusively for exhibitors only.
- Decision of the organizer will be final and binding to all sponsors in all matters related to sponsorship and its entitlements.
- All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
