- In the Logo Credits mentioned here, the size of the logo and its placement will vary according to the level of sponsorship.

- Onsite hoardings at the venue
- On invitation cards and badges
- On various directional signages
- On all exhibition promotional materials including print advertisements and online campaigns
- On the Sponsor Listing in the on site program
- In the Sponsors section of the event website (www.gujaratconex.com) with hyperlink to the sponsoring company’s website

- An entry with company logo in the online List of Exhibitors.
- If provided on time, 1 flyer or promotional brochure and 1 item with logo inserted as giveaways in the attendee bags.

- Sponsorship cost does not include government taxes.
- Sponsorship options are exclusively for exhibitors only.
- Decision of the organizer will be final and binding to all sponsors in all matters related to sponsorship and its entitlements.
- All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
